What you need
Trainer2You Online Coaching was created to make how and where you exercise as simple as possible. All you need for this program is easily accessible and inexpensive.
- Water – your great source for hydration before, during, and after your workout!
- Sneakers- for proper support and balance during your workout
- Dumbbells – One pair will do just fine. Suggested dumbbell weight is 5-15lbs depending on current strength and exercise history. (It is recommended that you do not use weights below the 5lbs mark. Challenge yourself to get strong and healthy!)
